Grants to USA researchers for research projects related to the soybean farming industry in Delaware. Focus areas include, but are not limited to, production, emerging markets, and technology. Funding is intended to increase crop yield; provide Delaware soybean farmers with the information they need to deal with weed and pest threats to their crops; and provide Delaware soybean farmers with the information they need to access and implement best production practices to help them continue to be good stewards of the land.
Research Priority List
The Board of Directors of the Delaware Soybean Board provides the following list of interest areas as a guide for researchers interested in advancing a proposal to the Board for funding. The following items are not ranked in order of importance. Those submitting requests are not limited to this list and are encouraged to submit proposals which will have the greatest impact on soybean farming in Delaware.
Please note that the Board can fund multi-year projects. However, multi-year projects will be reviewed every year for further funding.
